Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the iDecree mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
iDecree is a mobile application and web platform designed to help churches and religious organizations manage attendance counting, team check-ins, and volunteer coordination.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Organization admins are responsible for managing their church account and ensuring all users comply with these Terms. Each organization's data is isolated and not shared with other organizations.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other organizations' data, upload malicious code or interfere with the Service, impersonate any person or entity, or harass, abuse, or harm other users.
Free Trial
New organizations receive a 30-day free trial upon signup. No payment information is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
Founders Pricing
The first 1,000 organizations to subscribe will receive a locked-in founders price of $24 per month for the life of their subscription. Founders pricing is non-transferable and applies only to the original subscribing organization.
Standard Pricing
After the first 1,000 organizations, standard pricing is $49 per month per organization. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.
Billing
All billing is handled through our website. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. iDecree does not store your credit card or payment information. Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through our website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until the end of the paid period. No partial month refunds will be issued.
Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable once a billing period has started. The 30-day free trial is provided so you can fully evaluate the Service before committing. Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of accidental charges or technical failures on our end. To request a refund exception, contact us at idecreeapp@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge.
Data After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your organization's data will remain accessible for 30 days. After 30 days, all organization data will be permanently deleted. We recommend exporting your data before cancelling.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your organization's data. You grant us a license to host and process your data to provide the Service.
Intellectual Property
iDecree and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by iDecree and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF DATA.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IDECREE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR ANY DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations or discontinue the Service with 30 days notice to subscribers. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription or contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be accessible for 30 days then permanently deleted.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email notification, in-app notification, or updated Last Updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
