Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your iDecree account and associated data at any time.
FASTEST — INSTANT
Option 1: Delete from the app
- Open the iDecree app and sign in
- Tap Account in the top right corner
- Scroll to the Delete Account section
- Tap Delete My Account
- Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm
Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Option 2: Email us
Send an email to hub@idecree.app from the email address registered to your account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile and login credentials
- Your team membership and role assignments
- Your check-in and attendance history
- Your notification tokens and preferences
Data Kept by Your Organization
Some records created during your participation such as incident reports you filed, alerts you sent, or attendance counts you submitted remain part of your organization's operational records and are not deleted with your account. These records no longer link to your login after deletion. Contact your organization administrator with questions about organizational data.
