Introduction
iDecree operates a mobile application and web platform for church attendance tracking and team management. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide including account information such as name, email address, and role (admin, usher, security), organization information such as church name and service times, attendance data such as service counts and check-in times, and messages sent within the app. We also automatically collect device information, usage data, and authentication data.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to provide and maintain the iDecree Service, process attendance counting and reporting, enable team communication features, improve app functionality and user experience, send service-related notifications, provide customer support, and process subscription payments through Stripe.
Subscription and Payment Data
All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. iDecree does not store your credit card or payment information. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. We retain billing records such as subscription status and payment history for accounting purposes. For more information on how Stripe handles your data, visit stripe.com/privacy.
Data Ownership
You and your organization retain full ownership of all data you enter into iDecree. This includes attendance records, user information, service data, and any other content created within your organization. We do not claim any ownership rights over your organization's data. We only use your data to provide and improve the Service.
Data Storage and Security
All data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud Platform). Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS. We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access. Only authenticated users within your organization can access your church's data.
Data Sharing
We do NOT sell your data to third parties. We may share information only within your organization where team members can see organization data, with service providers such as Firebase/Google Cloud for hosting and Stripe for payment processing, and if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
User Deactivation and Removal
Organization admins may deactivate or remove users from their organization. Deactivated users lose access to the organization but their account remains in the system. Admins are responsible for managing user access within their organization.
Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your account and data, export your data before cancelling, and opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, contact us at idecreeapp@gmail.com.
Data Retention
Active user data is retained while your account is active. Upon subscription cancellation, organization data remains accessible for 30 days. After 30 days following cancellation, all organization data is permanently deleted. Attendance records may be retained for historical reporting purposes during an active subscription.
Children's Privacy
iDecree is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
